From sculptures to traditional carpentry, working with wood is part of the lifestyle

 

Zairaijkugumi traditional japanese carpentry. I first started learning about it by myself through books. Then I went to carpentry school and took several advanced lessons of knives sharpening. After working with great carpentry masters, I feel that I have to share that knowledge to preserve this ancestral tradition.
